Del DeMao has a reputation as an advocate, partner, and confidant. “I’d call Del the Cadillac of real estate brokers.” He has a hands-on understanding of the commercial real estate market. Passionate about real estate, Del is an active investor in secure real estate markets and shares his knowledge and expertise to assist others with their aspiring goals.

Over the past two decades, Del has been involved in selling and marketing over $500M in real estate across the country. In his experience, he has executed 500+ Tenant Representation deals in 23 states for various retail and restaurant brands. He has extensive experience in sales with multiple Big Box dispositions, including sales, leases, subleases, third party terminations, and assignments. This work included listing over 5,000,000 square feet and 80 Acres of High Profile Outlots in front of Supercenters and other prominent locations.

Early in his career, Del worked at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ, Inc., Cassidy Turley, Inc. Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Inc.) from 2002 through 2010. His awards included: President’s Club Honors for Sales in 2005 through 2008 with a Power Broker Awards and CoStar Honors in 2006, 2007, and again in 2009. Del is the Founding Program Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Indiana Next Generation Program.

He was named an Academic All American for golf in high school and grew up with a very popular PGA Master Professional as his mentor – his dad. Del was inducted into the University of Indianapolis Athletic Hall of fame in 2015.

In addition to his full-time career in real estate, Del enjoys spending time on the golf course, with both competitors and friends. He oversees The Ron DeMao Foundation Edgeway Junior Golf Tour whose mission for the last 34 years has been to provide an affordable opportunity for all junior golfers, regardless of socioeconomic status, to develop their golf game in an inviting and competitive atmosphere.
