Krissy Strack is a committed and results-driven broker recognized for her experience in the commercial real estate industry for both Landlord and Tenant Representation. She joined DeMao Retail in August 2024 as Vice President of Retail and Tenant Services. Her expertise includes both Landlord and Tenant Representation, real estate developments, managing real estate portfolios, negotiations in lease and build to suit opportunities, and market analysis to aid in planning and developing comprehensive real estate strategies. She is passionate about cultivating partnerships within her industry, sourcing and executing Tenant Representation services for local, regional and national retailers, and maintaining awareness of industry news and trends. She thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys tackling new challenges that require creative problem-solving and strategic thinking. 

Krissy began her real estate career in residential, finding quick success in selling over 40 homes in three years. She then served as an in-house broker for a national dental company and spent time as a Vice President with a commercial real estate brokerage representing both Landlords and Tenants. Her first career was teaching First grade. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Education from Ball State University. She is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and member of the National Association of Realtors.
