DeMao Retail is honored to announce the official groundbreaking for the new Jewel-Osco grocery store in Saint John, Indiana. The ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST, marking a major milestone for the property’s redevelopment and the brand’s much-anticipated arrival in this highly desirable trade area.
The 70,000+ square-foot, full-service grocery store will feature a wide selection of fresh produce, prepared foods, pharmacy services, and household essentials—providing Saint John residents with convenient access to quality products and exceptional service.
