Owen Rossell joined DeMao Retail in 2025 as a Commercial Real Estate Marketing Assistant. His role on the team includes supporting site selection analysis, supporting expansion planning initiatives for retailers, and assisting with strategy development for clients. Owen also brings a strong creative lens to the team by designing promotional materials and leveraging his communication skills to enhance brand presence across platforms.

Owen is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in Communications at DePauw University, where he is a committed member of the varsity football team and a leader on and off the field. He takes pride in being accountable, working hard, and staying grounded. At his core, he believes in the power of leaving a lasting, positive impact on others, and finds real fulfillment in helping others grow and succeed.
